Sarah was an absolutely stunning bride.  With her one of a kind Vera Wang dress she was one of the most gorgeous brides I have very photographed!  Both Sarah and Albert are Doctors who work for the University of Pennsylvania health system.  These two are very busy and hard to nail down for sure, we just did their engagement session last week!  Again, like most weekends we found ourself in the azalea garden of the Art Museum followed by the iconic Broad Street shot.  Ceremony and reception was at the Please Touch Museum‘s Memorial Hall in Fairmount Park donned with such touches such as the iconic carousel, originally located in Philadelphia’s Woodside Park, was crafted in 1908 by the Dentzel Carousel Company, and after more than 40 years in storage, returns to its hometown bringing joy to new generations in its own 9,000 square-foot glass pavilion on the east side of Memorial Hall.

Another huge shout out to Carl Alan for always doing an amazing job on the decor and florals!

It was an amazing day!  We got some great images to share with you below!

Monique and Justin had the most gorgeous setting for their wedding.  The Mansion is nestled within the grounds and gardens of Cairnwood Estate and the layout of the Bryn Athyn community are the result of two giants in American landscape architecture; Charles Eliot and Frederick Law Olmsted. Eliot apprenticed with Frederick Law Olmsted and Company in 1883. On the advice of Olmsted, the promising apprentice left the firm in 1885 to study gardens in Europe before setting up his own office in Boston in 1886. A letter written on March 15, 1892 from Cairnwood’s primary architect Thomas Hastings recommended Charles Eliot to Mrs. Gertrude Pitcairn and correspondence commenced. One year later Charles Eliot rejoined Olmsted as a partner, forming the firm Olmsted, Olmsted and Eliot. There is no doubt Mrs. Pitcairn was pleased with the merger, writing in March, 1893, “Mr. Olmsted is a genial fatherly old gentleman and it was a treat to meet him…he has a world wide reputation.”  This place has AMZING history.

A huge thanks to my great friend Meghan Cahill of Hair by Megan for coming out in a pinch to style the bridal parties hair.  Also Sage Catering did a fantastic job as usual running the event and Carl Alan for the amazing decor!

I am so in love with this couple.  Jaimie and Mark’s wedding was so much fun.  If you doubt me, just take a look at the images.  I first met Mark and Jaimie when they were in the bridal party of Barb and Sal one of my favorite weddings of all time!

I love that we did their reveal and bridal party photos at Philly U!  That is where they met when Mark failed a required math class and ended up having to retaking the class AND the bright side, he met Jaimie!

After photos at Philly U we headed into Manayunk for some portraits of just my Bride and Groom.  This town is near and dear to their hearts!  After stopping at their favorite spots we walked to Artesano for the ceremony and reception.  A very unique venue for sure.

As always, no wedding could happen without a group of amazing professionals:

Florist – Chesterfield Floral
Entertainment – D.J. Mazz
Beauty – Happily Ever After

Talking about a unique and gorgeous wedding, April and Andy know how to plan just that!  For them this was a destination wedding since they and their families all live on the west coast.  They hosted a 14 guest wedding at The Inn at Bowman Hills in New Hope.  The details were truly stunning, from orchids hanging from trees and ceiling in every area of the B&B to a chandelier dangling in the tree they said their vows under.  This wedding was just amazing.  The groom made his grand entrance in a McLaren.  Top to bottom this wedding was a stunner!

Enjoy the images!
