Jennifer Childress

Jennifer began her professional career as a photographer for a local newspaper where she developed her photojournalistic style. She also used her skills to help pay for college by offering wedding and portrait photography. She spent six years as an architecture and interior design photographer for a major Philadelphia based firm. During those six years, she continued to develop her skills as a wedding photographer. She found wedding photography so rewarding as a creative outlet, she finally decided to dedicate herself to it full time in 2002.

In addition to her talents as a photographer, Jennifer has a core set of business ethics that keep her clients, their friends, and their families coming back. She continues to make customer satisfaction her top priority.

Jennifer also specializes in Family, Infant, Pregnancy, and Boudoir photography.

Hotel Du Pont Wedding | Kerry + Jason

I dont think I can say enough great things about Kerry and Jason. They are both gorgeous, fun, sweet and most importantly down to earth people! From the moment I met them I knew I wanted to be friends with them.

Jason is an avid skier, who jumps out of helicopters to get his fix! He proposed to Kerry on a snowy mountain top! How romantic is that.

They had a stunning candlelit ceremony officiated by Andy Mahaney, The Wedding Pastor. Jellyroll headed up the reception in the Grand Ballroom at the Hotel Du Pont.

These are our favorite images, Joe did an AMAZING job with Jason’s portraits. Can you tell Jason is a former model.

Talamore Country Club Wedding | Sarah + Pat

Sarah and Pat had a gorgeous November wedding day! We started the day off at the Joseph Ambler Inn where the couple prepared for their day and had a reveal. After a few portraits on the grounds of Joseph Ambler we traveled over to Talamore for more photos and then ceremony and reception.

Hotel Du Pont Wedding | Amber + Matt

in mid November Joe and I found ourselves back at the Du Pont for the wedding of Amber and Matt. This gorgeous couple had a traditional ceremony and reception both at the Hotel.

It doesn’t get more fun then using their bulldog Tyson was the ring bearer! He is such a photogenic little guy.

Conshohocken Marriott Wedding | Kate + Geoff

Kate and Geoff was our third and final wedding of November 3rd. It was also my wedding!

Both Kate and Geoff planned some really awesome details for their wedding. My favorite was the life sized cardboard cut outs they printed and had displayed all over the cocktail hour. This made for some hilarious photos which we included below.

The ceremony was located at St. Dorothy’s in Drexel Hill with the reception at the Conshohocken Marriott. The florist was Bonnie’s Wonder Gardens in Lansdowne, they did an amazing job. Big Rick Rising provided all the entertainment. The day was captured on film by Valley Creek Productions.

Huge thanks to Phil Mantas for second shooting this wedding with me.

Kate and Geoff you had an amazing event, we had a blast documenting this day for you. Love you guys!

Drexelbrook Ballroom | Jensey + Darren

Part two of our three wedding Saturday is….. Darren and Jensey! Pete and Joel worked their magic with this beautiful couple.

Jensey and Darren decided on a reveal in Old City Philadelphia and portraits at the Second Bank of Philadelphia. Getting the bulk of the photos out of the way before the ceremony makes for such a relaxed reception!

This was also the second wedding of the day working with Enchanted Florist out of Skippack, PA. They did another amazing job with the florals. The reception for 500 people was held at Drexelbrook Caterers. Entertainment for the evening was handled by Pulse.
