I first met Megan & Jon last November when they book my first ever “Feel Good Package“! Every year around the holidays my family and I like to do something to give back to society. It is very important to my husband and I that our girls realize the importance of giving to others and that they appreciate the very blessed life they have. In a nut shell I discounted a package and they paid upfront and with that money we all went shopping for the Toy for Tots charity. It was awesome! So much fun and so rewarding!
So flash forward to September 25, 2009 and Megan and John had an amazing wedding at Normandy Farms!! I can’t express to you how much I enjoyed this wedding. The weather was gorgeous and we took advantage of it by doing a first meet and getting all the photos done before the ceremony. I find doing this makes such a huge difference in the flow and feel of the day. Things are so much more relaxed when we are not trying to fit 120 photos in 45 minutes. Something to think about when working your timeline for the day!
I would like to thank my wing-man Pete Malone for being my second!
Meg & Jon, thank you so much, you both looked amazing and we had a great time!

I love this photo because I made them wait for it! A good minute or so, the suspense was killing them!

Whitney turned 13 in August and I can’t believe how fast time has gone! She seems so grown up and any trace of the little girl I met at five is gone. She is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside! We are so proud of her!

It’s that time of year to get your family portraits done – everyone wanting to get that updated family portrait to send with their holiday cards! September and October are such busy months for me, but don’t worry – there’s still time! I have some weekday sessions available in October and early November, so drop me an email if you want a family session done! Spots are limited so don’t waste time!
Please note that family portrait sessions are priced for immediate family. Don’t let that discourage you from bringing in your grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles! For a small additional fee, you can take full advantage of your portrait session by bringing in your extended family for that often hard to get extended family photo.

A few weeks back I met up with Laura, Tom, and Shadow for a portrait session. After this session I am really looking forward to their wedding in October of 2010! We met up at this awesome top secret location in Blue Bell. What an amazing little treasure! We got so close to a small pack of deer, and got some fun shots out of it. It was a great time! Thanks guys and I look forward to your big day! It will be here before ya know it!

Once again I have fallen behind on my blogging! So I am going to keep this short and sweet and the images do the talking!
A few weeks back Steph & Nick were married on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon in the Philly area! What a great time! As usual I want to thank Pete Malone for being my wingman!

Christine’s family has a very special place in my heart. I have done three Smith family wedding as of now, with a fourth coming up in November! Their weddings are always a BLAST! The last three have had some rough weather, lets see, Tom and Beth Ann had snow, Lindsey & Mike had a hurricane, and Christine & Drew had just a little rain! But we ended up getting some really great stuff in all three occasions! Ok Smith family, lets try for some SUNSHINE in November! Short of hail, I don’t see what else can happen!
This was my first time shooting at the Ballroom at the Ben and I just loved it, AMAZING venue! Another first was seeing the Sole Cruisers perform. They were awesome and kept the party going all night!
Christine & Drew congratulations! Your wedding was gorgeous and I look forward to seeing you all again in November! I also want to say thank you to Kamila Harris for coming out and joining me for the day!

Yes this guy is doing a back flip! Like I said Crazy Party!

There is so much I can write about this wedding. Pete and Gina have been awesome to work with since day one! They are such a fun couple and I have always felt connected with them. Usually it is because Pete and I are trading insults and/or witty remarks! I am happy to report that I usually win those verbal wars and he bends to my will! It was a rainy day in Philly on this particular Friday but we were happy to do our portraits in the Hunting Hill Mansion at Ridley Creek State Park, and we absolutely loved the results! I do hope I get another shot at The Old Mill because the grounds of that place are stunning!
I was very lucky to get the amazing Joy Moody to work with me on this fabulous wedding. Actually I had my entire dream team on this job! And by “Dream Team” I mean all the best wedding professionals I love working with! Megan & Emily on hair and make-up! Erin Proud pulling double duty, not only is she the absolute best wedding coordinator in the land, she can also step in for a missing officiant and marry you if needed! Which is exactly what she did for Gina and Pete! She did amazing for a last minute (and I mean like 10 minutes to prepare) fill in position! Erin Proud you ROCK!
Then when you need some amazing lighting and a pro behind the turn table there is NO ONE better in the business than Jason Weldon of Synergetic Sounds and lighting! The room looked amazing and the music was bumpin’! Finally, the very talented Andy of First Floor Films was there to document the entire event in his unique style.
Gina & Pete thank you for asking all of us to be apart of this amazing event! It was so much fun! Congrats and enjoy your photos!

Yesterday was a BLAST! I had lunch with two of my favorite people in the world Joy Moody and Erin Proud! Then Miss Jill showed up to join the party and have her boudoir photos done!
Erin is coordinating her wedding in November and hung around to help with the shoot. What fun! Here is just one amazing shot from Jill’s shoot. She is absolutely stunning, and man does she have “the look”! She rocked the camera in a HUGE way!

Marylee & Lenny’s wedding was so full of love and emotion there is no way I can convey the feeling of their day in this blog post! I found myself tearing up several times during the day and coming to the realization that not every wedding I shoot is like this. They are so lucky to have the relationship they have with each other, it is not something you find everyday. Congratulations guys!
I want to give a huge congratulations to Erin Proud. Proud to Plan coordinated this entire event with only an eight week timeline. Erin planned & coordinated everything with such attention to detail. From the invitations to the elaborate decor, which was tied into the couples love for all things theatrical. Erin did an amazing job with the two months she had to plan this event, you would have thought she was planning for a year! Thanks for binging me in and making me apart of this amazing wedding!

Amazing invitations designed and printed by Paper by Proud.

Florals were stunning! Carl Alan did an Awesome job!

Totally digging this new Ceremony Canopy offered by Synergetic Sounds and Lighting! Really set the mood and just looked gorgeous!

I absolutely LOVE this photo! Lenny was so excited to be married!

Buddies! Love this photo!

I love the above and the next few images.

Synergetic Sounds and Lighting hooked up Resturant XIX with amazing lighting! This room nor the photos would not have been the same without the lighting! If your venue does not offer lighting definiately look into Synergetic for up lighting, pin spotting, and Go-Bo’s for your event or wedding, makes such a differnce in your photos!
